What’s the difference between mindfulness and a mind full of mess?
 

In our daily lives we are confronted with a lot of challenges, obstacles, struggles, moments that trigger stress within us. The key is the perspective that you take in these situations. Either you choose to turn yourself towards frustration, anxiety, anger and you lock yourself into a place filled with resistance or you choose to see the opportunity and you open the door to learn something new and to surrender.
 

There are many different ways how to meditate: breath work, walking meditation, counting, focus on a visualisation etc. The essence is the same though: we want to arrive in the present moment, in the here and now. In this presence of the now, there is no-where to go and no-thing to say, think or do. It is an experience that allows you to dive into emptiness, where all the stress is turned off. That’s the moment, when we shift the focus from the mind full of mess to the mindfulness.  


Mindfulness practice is a very effective way how to release stress and once you have started, you will notice that it is not even effort, but rather pure pleasure. Meditation is available to everyone – a tool that helps you to let go of stress. It’s an instinct within all of us; we just need to activate it and open up to our inner selves.
